Brian Holt is a Raleigh-Durham real estate professional with more than a decade of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the Triangle housing market. As both a resident of 751 South and a Realtor who has helped 23 families buy or sell in the neighborhood, Brian offers a level of insight and familiarity with the community that few others can match.

Brian’s journey into real estate began with family. Inspired by his grandmother, who built a portfolio of investment properties later in life, Brian was introduced early to the power of real estate as both a lifestyle and wealth building tool. While studying interior design at The University of Texas in Austin, Brian began purchasing and renovating properties himself, an experience that sparked his long-term passion for real estate.

Following college, Brian spent several years in the hospitality and property management industries, including five years living and working in the Caribbean. Those experiences shaped the concierge level service that now defines his approach to real estate, ensuring that every client receives thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Brian later relocated to the Raleigh-Durham area, where his family roots date back to the 1700s. Since launching his real estate career in the Triangle more than ten years ago, Brian has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill achieve their real estate goals.

In 2018, Brian founded The Logan Group, named after his son Logan, with a mission to provide a highly personalized and client-focused approach to real estate. Over the years he has consistently ranked among the top producing agents in his office and has been recognized as a Top 500 Producer in the Triangle region for four consecutive years.

Brian and his family have proudly lived in 751 South for the past seven years, giving him firsthand experience with the neighborhood’s lifestyle, amenities, and housing styles. From the neighborhood parks and walking trails to the strong sense of community that defines 751 South, Brian understands what makes this Durham community such a special place to call home.

Because of his deep involvement in the neighborhood, Brian has become one of the most experienced Realtors working in 751 South, having already helped 23 families buy or sell homes within the community. His experience with local pricing trends, builder floorplans, and buyer demand allows him to provide neighbors with highly informed advice when it comes to buying or selling a home in 751 South.

Beyond real estate, Brian is passionate about supporting the community he serves. He is the founder and director of The Karma Keg Social™, a charitable event that has raised more than $40,000 for local charities since 2016.
